[mew-int 01564] IM146 released

A new maintenance release of IM (Internet Message) is available.

* Fix that TCP transaction fails with Perl 5.8.1.

(IM provides mail/news handling commands (imput, imget, ...) and
Perl modules.  They are designed to be used both from Mew version
1.x and on command line.  Mew version 2 or later is independent
of IM.)
