I think we need a mechanism to tell Mew to cancel the mark and let Mew
think the start of the citation region is the beginning of the Message
buffer.

My image is:

	step 1) C-c??? --- cancel the mark
	step 2) C-cC-y --- cite the entire of the Message buffer.

Please propose a key binding above. :-)
