I didn't see this warning message on my Mew (latest CVS), XEmacs
21.4.15, Debian GNU/Linux unstable.

BTW, if you set debug-on-error to t, many kinds of information
will be displayed in the `*Backtrace*' buffer.  See also
`http://www.mew.org/bugreport/index.html.en'.
