[mew-int 01757] Bug: Content headers appearing after signature

To reproduce:  Compose a new message
Notes:  The headers are not visible while the message is being composed. 
 The headers appear in a file if the message is saved as a file while
 composing.
I have gone through all of the variables in "Mail" and have not found where
 a variable is set to cause these headers to print in the wrong place.
If the message sent is viewed with the KMail program, the headers do not
 appear.
This message was prepared with a signature inserted at the end of the file.
