[mew-int 01767] new mail in mew

Whith the last cvs =?iso-8859-1?Q?versi=F3n,?= mew no longer read the mail
 in
/var/mail/<user>. any hits on how to debug this problem?.
mail is downloaded with fetchmail + procmail + sendmail.
$ ls -al /var/mail
