[mew-int 01905] S/MIME

Hello guys,

Since pkgsrc for GnuPG 2 (ie 1.9.x) is prepared to NetBSD (my favorite
OS), I gave a try to GnuPG. Though "gpgsm" (S/MIME support in GnuPG 2)
seems buggy, I can use it somehow.

As I repeatedly described before, Mew will switch OpenSSL to GnuPG 2
to support S/MIME.

I have already removed all old S/MIME code (which was NOT written by
me), and implemented some features of S/MIME based on "gpgsm" in my
notebook.

I probably will commit it on Monday. I will also write a note on how
to transit from OpenSSL to GnuPG. (Yes, it's of course possible.)

Since "gpgsm" is buggy, it would be inconvenient for some users. But I
do believe it's worth doing. And we should contribute something to
"gpgsm".
