I received the mbox files as-is.  They contained about 8000 mails
each.  The problem with the `From' is probably a mailman bug in the
version used on www.freetype.org.  It's a matter of fact that there
*are* buggy mailer programs, so I think that incm should handle that
gracefully if possible.  It's not a good solution to say `please get a
better mailer program' since this is not always possible.
