It is probably marked with the T mark. Which means that this message has
been truncated.

Because it is too big. See variable mew-pop-size.

You can use the I key instead of the i key. 

If you want to remove this  message (big spam or another annoying mail),
you can go  in $inbox (use g key  and type $inbox), use s  key to update
the content, mark the message with d key, and hit the x key. The message
will be destroyed.
