As I explained on this ML before, the intention of user-interface
change to ":" is consistency to other commands, especially for
"C-cC-y".

However, I realized that "y" provides another kind of user-interface.
That is, we can choose either the entire mail or its body with y-or-n.

I think the user-interface of "y" is superior to that of "C-cC-e". So,
I think we should modify "C-cC-e" and "C-cC-y" so that they ask a
user.

What do you think of this?
