[mew-int 02083] alternative spam flag

Hello,

My ISP does a pretty good job tagging spam by adding ::

X-BV-Spam-Flag: YES

to the headers.  How can I cause mew to pick this up.  I have
been using my own bogofilter but the speed loss is a nuisance and
using the supplied spam-flag would be quicker?
