The Content-Type field declares charset=utf-8 and the message body
contains 8bit-single-byte that is invalid.
You can forcely decode the message body with utf-8 by
`C-u C-c C-l utf-8 RET'.

If the message body is broken, Mew uses `mew-cs-autoconv' instead
of Content-Type charset by default. If you want to disable this
feature, set mew-decode-broken to nil.
