[mew-int 02064] pgp key fetch time-out

Hello all,

I'd like to know if it is possible to set a shorter time-out for the pgp key
fetching feature or turn it off temporarily. It is an handy feature but on some
connections (old dialups that I use sometimes) it takes a long time and the
whole emacs hangs waiting on it preventing work even on other open
frames. Actually this hanged emacs behaviour is something that mew sometimes
causes which should be completely eliminated. I don't know emacs lisp but I
wonder if things couldn't be made asyncronously so as to not block the whole
emacs session when mew is wainting for something.
