[mew-int 02130] Easier mail browsing

Hello all,

I'd like to know how you generally deal with large amounts of mail with mew
(i.e. mailling lists). Currently my setup is far from ideal. I receive all mail
in +inbox and read it there (parsing with my eyes what is important to read from
what is not). Then I remove the unread mark from this recently received mail
with an emacs selection and 'u' and then I refile the mail using M-o for
archiving purposes (I have mew-refile-guess-alist setup to split mail).

The perfect workflow for me would instead be like this: being in Summary mode
hit 'i' to get mail. Mew should automatically refile the mail using the
mew-refile-guess-alist rules. Then there should be a buffer showing me all my
mail folders with unread mails (and how many unread mails) so that I could
change to those folders and read the mails in context with older mails already
there.

I've been looking into gnus and pondering changing to it as it seems to support
the workflow I described but I just can't be bothered too much right now to
configure it properly (it seems overly complicated).

So, is there a way to make mew more like I described?

Thanks,

Rui
