Mew is not tested on Emacs CVS Unicode. 

P.S.

Some people misunderstand that Emacs CVS (not Unicode) does NOT
support Unicode. Emacs CVS does support Unicode natively. If you are
not a tester for Emacs CVS Unicode, I recommend Emacs CVS.
