That page of the manual seems to relate to creating rather
than receiving attachments.  I was under the impression that
to save all incoming attachemnts together one had to use E,
followed by visiting ~/Mail/attach, marking all messages and
either copying to or renaming to /some/directory/somewhere.

C-uB seems to not work ( but this could be because I am
still using 4.2 ).
