[mew-int 2232] The refile guess behaviour has changed after upgrade?

I use to refile a lot to a folder named +foo at example.com
I upraded to 5.1.51. After that, the refile suggestion I
get is +foo instead of +foo at example.com The ~/Mail/.mew-refile-*
files contain "+foo at example.com".
