[mew-int 2389] draft message cursor positions

hi!

how can i configure the default cursor position in draft mode? i want
the cursor to appear after "To: " so that i can type the address. of
course, if i reply, the cursor should appear after "----", which is
what it does now.

also, how can i configure the cursor to stay above the quote after i
used Ctrl-C Ctrl-Y to qoute the message i am replying?

ps: i am using mew since half a year and it's working great. thank you
