On my Thunderbird (Debian icedove 1.5.0.9.dfsg1-1), I can see a
forwarded mail generated by mew-summary-forward (tested by Mew 4.2
and 5.2.50).  The main part and the attached Message/Rfc822 part of
the forwarded mail are displayed and separated by a horizontal line
in the Thunderbird message window.
