As incm doesn't handle more than one mailboxes, run incm more than once.

Set ~/.procmailrc as follows (end with "/." for MH/Mew folder):

----
MAILDIR=$HOME/Mail
DEFAULT=$MAILDIR/misc/.

:0
* ^List-Id:.*<mew-int\.mew\.org>
mew-int/.
----

BTW, I think that Mew doesn't assume many separated inboxes. Mew
doesn't have a summary of folders to manage unread mails, so
handling many separated inboxes is too hard for me.

I use a small number of inboxes (such as +inbox, +junk, etc.) to
store unread mails. To read thread or grouped mails in inbox, I
use mew-summary-virtual (`/ field=keyword RET' or `/ keyword RET').
To search archived (read and then refiled) mails, I use
mew-summary-search-virtual with Hyper Estraier (`k / keywords RET
header-keywords RET'), mew-nmz-virtual with Namazu, or Gmail.
