[mew-int 2289] changes request for Makefile.in on mew-5.2

the people who maintain this package for gentoo linux, as requested
some changes for Makefile.in, we have a problem with CHECK = xemacs

Could you please report this to upstream, too? They should either use
CHECK=@emacsbin@ in Makefile.in, or add another option (like --with-check) to
configure.
