Indeed.  But I would recommend using mew-dcc instead.
That way, the recipient is not burdened with the extra Cc:.
(A very minor point, I admit that.  But that minor point gets
multiplied over gazillions of emails.)

By the way, what does the D in Dcc stand for?
I know of no email program other than mew that uses it.
