[mew-int 2374] Mew content display on SuSE 10.3

Hi,

Have beenusing mew on SuSE for many years.  For other
reasons have had to move to suse 10.3 ( from previous 10.0 )
and now have the following problem with a freshly installed
mew. All messages when in summary / display mode show up as
follows (see end of post) and not as the displayed yext of
the message ( which has been normal ).  Does anyone have any
suggestions ?
