OK. You answered my question. :) You don't want to stay in a draft.

It's possible to put a message to the queue in such a situation as
C-cC-m can do.

My another question: how should Mew handle the queued message?  With
the current scheme, the queued messages are not sent until you type
C-cC-c in the queue. Should Mew send the queued messages
automatically later on?
