[mew-int 2566] vanishing attachment

Hi folks,

I just ran into an issue after attempting to smime sign an e-mail
containing an attachment. I typed the wrong pass phrase which of
course caused mew not to sign the message at all. So far normal
behaviour I suppose :-)

If you now decide to send the message without signing it, it will be 
transmitted, but the attachment is lost. Is this a bug or am I just 
missing something?

Any hints are very much appreciated.
