[mew-int 2573] Switching from SMTP to IMAP: folders for refiling

Hello.

Now that I have switched from an SMTP mailbox to some IMAP mailbox,
how can I use my old local folders for refiling?
I tried hitting 'o' but in this way I can only
reach folders below my local imap folder but not
on top level, where my refiling folders from SMTP time
are (e.g. ~/Mail/job/)
