[mew-int 2579] Refiling folders

When I hit o (mew-summary-refile) on a message, mew will sometimes
come up with a totally surprising suggestion for a folder to refile
the message to. When that happens, I get curious: How did mew arrive
at this suggestion?

Is there an easy way to find out, using a little elisp if necessary?
And is there a way to tweak the algorithm used manually? I find that
mew suggests the right folder maybe 90% of the time, but it might be
worth a little effort to raise the percentage even higher.
