[mew-int 2652] suggestion: download first, delete after

hi!

i receive several hundred emails every day.  when i download me emails, first Mew deletes the old
emails (i am keeping a week of old emails on my server) and then downloads the new ones.
sometimes it takes around 10 seconds to delete the old mails.  if Mew would first download the
emails only start deleting the old ones after, i would receive my emails faster and start reading.

what do you think?
