The mail you forwarded to me is:

* Subject is not encoded with MIME, which is raw text, so Mew
  cannot decode it correctly.  Non-ASCII characters in Subject
  must be encoded with MIME.

* Content-Type charset is iso-8859-1, which is incorrect, so you
  need to type `C-c C-l' to display the message body.
