RFC2822 messages, which does not have the Mime-Version: field, should
be treated different from MIME messages.
For instance, in Japanese environment, their bodies should be treated
as ISO-2022-JP characters. In western Europe, they should be treated
as ISO-8851-1. (This is due to lack of the charset parameter.)
I'm still receiving RFC2822 messages, which cannot be treated as MIME
messages.
How often do you receive such broken MIME messages? I guess it is too
early to throw RFC2822 support away to rescue them...
