[mew-int 2608] How can I change the language-coding in a whole ?

Hi! all,

Sorry to disturb your time. I searched the docs but find no answer.
In my mew, the default coding is Japanese.
I can change the mail body into other language by C-c C-a and C to change
to the Cover.txt coding. But nothing can i do for the mail Subject.

The mew alwayse guess the mail subject. In Chinese, the guess result is
Janpan, so my mail became bad-code.


Who can help me ?
