[this is a resend, sorry if you got it more than once]
Hello,
I am trying to start using Mew, and there is a problem I can't figure out
what to do about.
I have defined (setq mew-use-master-passwd t)
as the manual suggests, and everytime I try to access the imap server, I
get "Master password is wrong!", and I need to enter the password manually.
I have tried deleting the file .mew-passwd.gpg, and recreating, changing the
master password, but it is the same every time.
I can even see my (correct) password if I run 'gpg -d .mew-passwd.gpg' (but
no passphrase is needed for that. strange).
I have tracked a bit the error to come from mew-passwd-load() (line 187 in
mew-passwd.el) function, but, as I am not a lisp programmer, I got lost a
bit in the process creation and filtering code.
Can you point me at the direction to look for the resolution?
I am using Mew from github (commit fe40942b), witn Emacs 23.1.1 and gnupg
2.0.14 on Gentoo Linux.
Thanks!
