Hi,

The following patch allows to set mew-prog-ooffice and have the 
dependent variables mew-prog-msword-ext mew-prog-msexcel-ext and 
mew-prog-mspowerpoint-ext set accordingly.  No more hard-coded 
"ooffice" outside the system specific files.
