OK.  But: the name `mew-summary-delete-folder' doesn't appear anywhere
(while `mew-summary-delete-folder-hook' does), and searching the word
`delete' in the index doesn't return something (I mean pressing the
`i' key in the info viewer).  Neither can I find this functionality
while searching `folder' in the index...

In other words, it's easy to find the meaning of `Rd', but it's hard
to find `Rd' at all, since it is hidden in the `Useful features'
section.
