[mew-int 3195] Documentation fix: pgp vs smime

Hi all.

In section 3.16 of Mew's manual,
after the sentence "The following services are available."
there is a list of 8 "services".
The long form for the 4 smime "services" are all wrong:
please replace the prefix "pgp-" with "smime-".

BTW:
What is more common: pgp or smime based messages?
I am asking because when I used pgp based signatures some
years ago, almost every Windows user replied:
"I can't open your attachment; what is inside?" :-)
