[mew-release 00072] Mew 2.3 release candidate 1

Hello guys,

Although Mew 3.1 is coming soon, we decided to release Mew 2.3 for
security reasons. Security problems concerned with S/MIME in Mew 2.2
are fixed in coming Mew 3.1. However, we are afraid that users might
not transit to Mew 3.1 due to its drastic changes. So, we are planning
to release Mew 2.3 as well at the same time of release of Mew 3.1.

Mew 2.3 release candidate 1 is available from:

	ftp://ftp.mew.org/pub/Mew/beta/mew-2.3rc1.tar.gz

This should be Mew 2.3 in the near future.
