ありかは知らないのですが (^^;;
昔ダウンロードしてあった sharutils-4.2 が手元にありましたので、なんと
なくコンパイルしてみました。

Windows95 + tcsh + cygwin32 b18 (^^;;

一応ちゃんと動いたようです。(何も特別なことはしていません;;;)
