ちゃんと読んでいませんが、コメントします。必ずセーブするかしないかオプ
ションを作って、デフォルトはセーブしない、Windows だとセーブするように
してもらえると、マージします。

＃ Windows では、複数の Emacs を立ち上げることはあまりなかろうの意。
