[Mew-dist 1545] How to decode base64 and devided message

WindowsメーラのAL-Mailユーザの友人から、

Content-Type: message/partial; number=1; total=11;
	id="9708200731.AA00148 at example.com"

のように分割されたメールが届いたのですが、Mew で元に戻す方法
がよく分かりません。

かつ、必要な部分は
Content-Type: application/octet-stream; name="HOGE.TGZ"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="HOGE.TGZ"
となっています。

infoやFAQ を見てみたのですが、見当たらなかったので、よろしく
お願いします。
