Hi,

Due to XEmacs's bugs, I decided to display icnos for multipart(both in
Summary mode and Draft mode) on the TOP toolbar instead of the bottom
toolbar. This perhaps minimizes distance that we move the cursor and
addresses window configuration problems. 

So, I would like to ask you to draw *28x28* colorful icons for
multipart instead of 48x48. Thanks in advance and sorry for confusion.

P.S.

I'll catch up to XEmacs 20.1-b7 but now I have absolutely no way to
get it here.
