　はじめて、im.exeをインストールする場合は、まず"im.exe -s"を実行する必要が
あるようです。imを展開したディレクトリのWin32/readme.txtに以下の記述があり
ます。

  If you install IM for the first time, execute im.exe
  with "-s" option.

  > im -s

  With "-s" option, im.exe create ~/.im,~/Mail,~/News directory
  and copy dot.im/Config to ~/.im/Config.
  Modify ~/.im/Config manually.

3.SAMPLE SETTING (~/.im/Config)
  
  E-Mail address : shkit at example.com
  SMTP server    : smtp.bekkoame.or.jp
  POP server     : pop.bekkoame.or.jp
