Becky! がデフォルトでそういう動作をするのではないと思います。デフォルト
は、ちゃんとMIMEフォーマットで送ってくれます。（他にも半角かなは絶対送ら
なかったりするところが気に入ってます。）

ただ、X-uuencode なものも「作れる」ので、きっとユーザさんがそういう設定
をされているんじゃないかなと推察します。
