As you may know, Mew 2.0 does not support BBDB officially just because
it has Addrbook.

However, I'm happy to add any hooks so that Mew 2.0 can cooperate with
BBDB. If some hooks are necessary, please let me know.

(I know you want to share information between Gnus and Mew.)
