I'll try, but it doesn't seem easy or straightforward to have all
these versions installed on one machine.  Do you have any advice for
having an environment for this kind of testing?  What are various Mew
development folks doing?

BTW, is it not enough to do it for Emacs 21.1, Emacs 20.7 and XEmacs
21.1.14 (and later)?  Those are what are listed in the info files.
I'm not sure I understand "XEmacs 21.{1,4,5}" -- is that a typo?
