[mew-int 00838] Saving attachment mail (one more)

The 'B' key in +inbox was OK for me to save attachment mail as
mail. But now (I think after a Debian upgrade), This key does not
correctly save the attachement. This is Mew 2.2.

It asks me the folder and then if I want to go in this folder. But the
attachment isn't saved as a mail (and isn't saved at all).

Thanks to confirm this behaviour and maybe throw the old code back :-)
