Local folders are case independent by definition. The number of remote
folder sets can be more than one if multiple servers exist. But that
of local folder set is exactly one.

And consider this: you can specify "+inbox-foo" for both case "foo"
and case "bar". There is not one-by-one relationship.

If you want to associate a local folder with any case, consult with
mew-config-alist by yourself. Be sure that one local folder is
associated with exactly one case.
