The tables mapping between unicode and latin are provided by the
Mule-UCS source files (lisp/reldata/*).  See also ucs-tables.el.

ucs-tables for Emacs 21.2:

  $ cvs -d :pserver:gnus at example.com:/usr/local/cvsroot login
  CVS password: gnus
  $ cvs -d :pserver:gnus at example.com:/usr/local/cvsroot checkout gnus/contrib/ucs-tables.el

ucs-tables for Emacs 21.3:

  $ cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs at example.com:/cvsroot/emacs login
  CVS password:
  $ cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs at example.com:/cvsroot/emacs co emacs/lisp/international/ucs-tables.el
