Use "hexbin".

According to
http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/application/mac-binhex40,
application/mac-binhex40 does not contain media type which can be
accepted by any OSes.

So, what Mew can do is to call the "hexbin" program against to
application/mac-binhex40 and create a file which contains decoded
data. That's it. We cannot make use of and/or display the decoded data
due to the limitation.

If this is what you want, I will program it. But it seems to me that
there is not strong benefit comparing to
saving-by-"y"-then-executing-"hexbin"-in-shell.
