If you just installed bogofilter and did not combine bogofilter with
MTA (such as sendmail), nothing happens (no X-Bogocity is added to
messages).
You should combine bogofilter with your MTA. There are some ways to do
it, which you can find in the manual of bogofilter or spamassassin.
I'm using procmail (only for bogofilter, not for refile purpose).
