[mew-int 01851] Read/unread marker

Hi, folks.

I'm new to Mew. I don't always read all my mail, so the read/unread
marker is an important feature for me.  I'm curious whether it's being
worked on yet.

If not, I'm willing to put some effort into this, if someone can point
me to the appropriate part of the code where these changes would need
to be made, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
