Currently, the answer is no.

For past two months, I have removed all obstacles to implement the
read/unread mark. We discussed well. So, we are ready to go.

I think I will have a time to implement it in the next week. (I had to
stick to IMAP stuff in this week.) It would be appreciated if you will
kindly test a new implementation when available.
